The hotel overlooks the river, but the rooms were disappointing with issues like mold in the bathrooms and safety hazards like exposed wires. The service was lacking and uncomfortable at times. The location is convenient for accessing the old city and promenade, but the dining experience was underwhelming with poor quality food. Facilities were basic with some shortcomings, making the stay less enjoyable.
